Are you currently accepting new clients?

As of April 2024, my practice is full and I am unable to accept new clients.

Do you take insurance?

I am in-network with First Choice, Kaiser PPO, Premera Blue Cross, Molina Healthcare, Regence, and LifeWise. For insurances I am not in-network with, I can provide you with a receipt/superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I can also take HSA/HRA/FSA cards.

What age groups do you serve?

I work with adults ages 18+

Are you offering sessions in person or remotely at this time?

I am currently seeing all clients remotely through video conferencing.

How much do sessions cost?

Individual sessions are $160 per 55 minute session. In recognition of the high cost of counseling services I also offer sliding scale spots for individuals whom cost is a barrier.
